Our Website provides an ‘Add to Quote’ function, where you may obtain a quote for a number of items/bulk order. In some cases, bulk orders may attract better pricing than what is listed on our quote, so please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@faaust.com.au. We also carry more items which we have not listed on our website.
Our ‘Add to Quote’ function allows our customers to receive Quotes in 1-2 business days. Once a quote has been received, an order can be processed based on the quote.
Feel free to contact us at sales@faaust.com.au and we will endeavour to respond within 1-2 business days. Our business hours are 8AM – 5PM Monday - Friday and 8 AM - 12PM Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.
If we have made an error while processing your quote, please contact us immediately to correct the problem. We carry thousands of items and are only human so mistakes can unfortunately happen, but we will endeavour to amend your quote as soon as possible.If you have accidentally added the incorrect item to your quote, do not stress! Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@faaust.com.au and we will amend your quote on our end.
Payment Information
After a quote has been accepted, our Sales team will be in contact with a tax invoice to process payment.
Shipping Information
FA Australia always aims to process, pack and dispatch your order as soon as possible, which may take 1-3 business days after the order has been processed and payment has been made. We do not ship orders on the weekend. All items are shipped from our Condell Park, NSW Warehouse.
FA Australia uses postage rates tables to calculate shipping based on the delivery location. The price of freight is the price charged by our carriers. Shipping starts from AU $7.80. All items are shipped from our Sydney, NSW Warehouse.
Yes. Local pickup is our preferred method of delivery. Our pickup address is 110 Eldridge Rd, Condell Park NSW 2190. We are open from 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday, and 8:00am – 12:00pm Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.
Your order is dispatched within 1-3 business days (depending on the time you have submitted and paid for your order). If your order has been paid for, but you have not received it within 10-15 business days, please contact us with your shipping name and order number so that we can further investigate
Unfortunately, at this stage we do not accept international orders.
Warranty & Returns
Products are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty period. Warranty is valid within Australia only.All item accessories are not covered by warranty.
